Size: Standard adult, unisex.
This hood is made in a standard adult size. We recommend contacting us before ordering if you are unsure about the fit or would like to check whether it will sit comfortably around your head, neck, and shoulders.
Please take your planned costume layers into account when checking the fit. Our team will be happy to help with sizing questions before you place your order.
Usually, production takes 7–21 working days, depending on the current workshop queue. Custom color combinations or other agreed modifications may require additional time, which will be confirmed before production.
Each hood is individually cut, sewn, and finished in our workshop. Preparing the outer fabric, assembling the lining, and checking the finished piece all take time and care, so we appreciate your patience.

The Medieval Ranger Hood is our workshop’s interpretation of the Skjoldehamn-inspired hood, combining a recognizable medieval silhouette with earthy colors suited to woodland and traveling characters.
The design features a roomy hood that frames the face, a broad shoulder cape, and a pointed front panel extending over the upper chest. The olive green wool-blend outer fabric gives the piece a textured appearance, while the brown lining creates a contrasting border around the face opening.
Its simple shape works naturally with tunics, layered medieval clothing, leather accessories, and fantasy armor. Worn as a Viking-inspired cowl or a ranger hood, it adds a distinctive finishing layer to a character’s outfit.

Materials:
Outer Layer — Coat Fabric:
- 30% wool;
- 70% polyester.
Lining — Linen Blend Fabric:
- 45% linen;
- 50% viscose;
- 5% elastane.
The two-layer construction combines the textured outer fabric with an inner lining that separates it from the wearer’s head and neck. The shoulder cape continues the hood’s silhouette across the upper part of the outfit, while the pointed front gives it a clear, recognizable shape.
COLOR & CUSTOMIZATION
The pictured version combines an olive green outer layer with brown lining.
This hood can also be made in other color combinations. You can request a different outer fabric color, lining color, or a coordinated combination for your character, faction, or costume.
