Polyurethane Tassets Care and Maintenance

If staining occurs, try to clean it off immediately. Make sure not to saturate the PU and leather straps in water, or they might get damaged or deformed. When you are back home, use a mild soap solution on the surface and pat it dry right away. Avoid putting any armor pieces in the sun — UV light damages and discolors the LARP tassets. It is recommended not to use dry cleaning, harsh chemicals, or stiff brushes on the polyurethane armor.

When you are not in character, keep the tassets in a dark, dry place. While they are not made out of steel and are not prone to rusting, moisture can still affect the material composition.
