We offer the development of custom 3D armor designs intended for 3D printing or for creating master models for polyurethane casting.
Each model is developed with an understanding of wearable armor construction and optimized for manufacturing processes.
We always strive to ensure that every design can be brought to life and be functional.

What you will receive:
- STL files of chosen armor element
(helmet, cuirass, pauldrons, bracers, tassets, or greaves) - Designed for: 3D printing/ Mold making / Casting in polyurethane
Tiers:
- Tier 1 – simpler geometry and moderate detailing
- Tier 2 – complex geometry with high-detail sculpting and layered structure
Process:
- Rough concept based on your idea
- Feedback stage
- Final 3D model delivery
